Alleged robbery suspect remanded

The 18-year-old youth alleged to have assaulted and robbed an elderly woman in Siberia, Labasa was charged and produced in court yesterday.

The accused was charged with one count of aggravated burglary and one count of aggravated robbery.

He has been remanded by the Labasa Magistrates Court until next Friday.

His case has been transferred to the High Court.
