A local entrepreneur is calling on Small and Medium Enterprises to seek out the right tools and knowledge to help their businesses grow.
31-year-old Isireli Cakaunivere, owner of Hybrid Audio, says there is a need for businesses to be innovative to manoeuvre through the challenges.
Cakaunivere says due to the challenges, he had to pivot and utilize available resources to keep his business afloat during the pandemic.
“Business in general is difficult. If you don’t have the tools to maneuver through the challenges of business, it can become daunting. We have to think about the market place post-COVID, and it’s really helped us think about things differently, innovatively think about the resources we have or don’t have, and how we can either pivot or dig deep into our current strategies.”
Cakaunivere was among the 14 graduates of the Fiji Enterprise Engine (FEE) program in Suva.
He established his business in 2017 to provide professional audio equipment hire and expertise to clients.
