The Digicel Fiji Football U15 side started on a high in the OFC Youth Development Tournament.

The national side thrashed the Cook Islands 9-1 in their opening match today in New Zealand.

Rishal Shankar scored four goals, Tukai Ravonokula netted a hat-trick while Valeni Rasorewa and Avishaan Chand got a goal each.

The Sunil Kumar-coached side plays Liechtenstein in its second match on Friday at 4pm.
